Amazing product! Easy to wear, discreet, comfortable, stays in place with movement and heat lasts for hours (6+ hours). A great alternative to old fashioned water bottles. Soothes cramps and provides a nice constant feeling of warmth.

What is The Patch 01?
The Patch 01 is the first patch in the PEAL collection. It was created to deliver simple, wearable heat therapy for the lower back and lower belly area. It’s a single-use patch with natural heat activation, designed to bring warmth right when and where you need it.
No water or electricity needed? How does it work then?
PEAL patches are air-activated. As soon as you open the pouch and the patch meets air, it starts to warm up. That gentle heat comes from a natural reaction between the ingredients and oxygen. Simple, safe, and designed to work on its own.
How long does the patch stay warm?
Patches can stay warm for up to +8 hours.
Are they safe for anyone to use?
Our patches are generally safe for most people. They're made using natural ingredients and are intended to reach a gentle warmth, with temperatures that generally do not exceed 45°C under normal conditions. That said, they're designed for external use on healthy skin only. Please avoid applying them to damaged, broken, or irritated skin. If you have a medical condition, or if you're pregnant or nursing, we recommend checking with your healthcare provider before use. Stop use immediately if you notice any skin irritation or discomfort.
Can I apply the patch straight onto my skin?
Yes! One of the best features of The Patch 01 is that it can be worn directly on the skin to give you maximum warmth and a discreet fit under your clothes. That said, if the heat feels too intense, or if you have more sensitive skin, we recommend wearing it over a thin layer of clothing instead.
Can I wear them around other parts of my body?
The Patch 01 is designed specifically for the lower belly and lower back. You can wear it elsewhere, but since it isn't shaped to fasten securely on other areas, you may not get the same consistent warmth.

Are the patches reusable?
No. PEAL patches are single-use only. Once a patch has been used and fully cooled, it can’t be reused and should be disposed of properly.
